Malta's free 24/7 national social welfare helpline operated by Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS) through Aġenzija Appoġġ. Professionally trained volunteers provide support, information about local social welfare services, referrals, and immediate assistance for people in crisis. Also handles EU Emotional Support Helpline (116 123) and EU Child Helpline (116 111) calls. Free from landlines and mobile phones.

Malta's national 24/7 free mental health helpline providing immediate emotional support, advice and practical guidance for anyone in need. Staffed by trained psychology professionals from Mental Health Services working in shifts to maintain round-the-clock availability. Confidential crisis support for mental health emergencies.

Free, confidential mental health chat service available Monday to Saturday (Mon-Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-4pm). Anonymous online support staffed by trained psychology graduates supervised by Richmond psychotherapists. Provides mental health support through live chat. Also operates helpline 1770. Funded by Epic for Good Initiative in collaboration with Richmond Foundation.

Multidisciplinary team of legal and psychosocial professionals, public officers, and police Victim Support Unit. Services include police information, emotional/therapeutic support, victim individual assessments, all under strict confidentiality. Serves both local and foreign victims in Malta. Regional centers in Valletta, Qawra, Santa Luċija, and Gozo.

Free 24/7 hotline for reporting illegal online content, particularly child sexual abuse material. Part of Malta's Safer Internet Centre (BeSmartOnline), led by Foundation for Social Welfare Services in partnership with Office of Commissioner for Children, Directorate for Learning, and Cyber Crime Unit. Reports submitted online with confidentiality, prompt investigation and action.

Life Line Malta offers free and confidential counseling to women and men in need, including support for pre-natal diagnosis and pregnancy-related concerns. They provide crisis pregnancy support, emotional support, and shelter services through Dar Tgħanniqa T'Omm for mothers up to child's first birthday. Post-abortion healing program (SaveOne) also available.
