Free crisis helpline staffed by trained healthcare professional volunteers (retired and practicing). Created during COVID as SOS Confinement, now permanent. Run by Les Transmetteurs association. About 100 volunteer listeners

National 24/7 free helpline for children in danger and child abuse situations. Staffed by 45 professionals (psychologists, lawyers, social workers). For children/teens experiencing danger or adults concerned about a child at risk. Calls don't appear on phone bills.
